In the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number P.22 / MENLHK / SETJEN / SET.1 / 3/2017 concerning Procedures for Managing Complaints on Alleged Environmental Pollution and / or Destruction of the Environment and / or Forest Destruction, the community is given space to submit complaints, either directly or indirectly to the responsible agency.

Through the Directorate General of Law Enforcement of LHK, the Ministry of LHK has built a complaint page pengaduan.menlhk.go.id to make it easier for the public to submit complaints.

In addition, the public can also submit complaints of suspected environmental crimes via electronic mail to adu.lhk@gmail.com or via the WhatsApp application to number 08111043994.

In addition, the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry also facilitates hearings with the technical directorate, receiving demonstrations that deliver notification letters to the police as stipulated in Law Number 9 of 1998 concerning Freedom of Expressing Opinions in Public.
